Phase II construction of Lodz Commercial Plaza is in full swing
Ningbo Lodz Commercial Plaza is built by Lodz group with a large amount of money. The Plaza is located on Yinfeng road in Shiqi, South Gate of Ningbo, close to Ningbo Lishe International Airport and Yinxian Avenue. There are more than 10 bus lines leading to the city and surrounding towns in the commercial plaza. Besides the Plaza, there is the exit of Shiqi station of light rail line 2 under construction. The traffic is very convenient. The square plan is implemented in three phases, with a total investment of 700 million yuan and a total construction area of 120000 square meters. The first phase of the commercial plaza project has invested 350 million yuan, which has been opened at the end of September 2010. Tesco Tesco, one of the top 500 companies in the world, as well as KFC, Nike, Adidas, China gold, Laofengxiang, Daniang dumplings, Dixin, Tianfu tea, Anta, Cartelo, CARDANRO, CEFIRO, v18, Falan dupeng and other well-known international and domestic brand stores have been introduced. The annual turnover is over 100 It has exceeded 300 million yuan. The second phase project with a total investment of about 200 million yuan and nearly 30000 square meters is in full swing. On May 11, 2012, the underground two-story building has been basically completed, and the ground building is starting. The second phase of the project will also introduce digital cinema, fashion department stores, home appliances square, featured catering, high-end accommodation, comprehensive office, leisure and entertainment, etc. It is expected to open in the second half of 2013.
